New China Buffet has been around for decades. The food is usually hot (especially when its busy, as expected), tastes decent enough and is reasonably priced. Yes it's a dive, but I've never had a bad experience. Things like the carpeting and seats are aged and kinda dingy looking, but the price is right.

Really Great Buffet, too many items to try all of them!
My wife loved the fish, she ate several different fish items and all were great!
The cons of this restaurant are several, but none have to do with the food!
Carpets need replacing, you can only clean restaurant carpet so long then it has to go!
The owner seems a little grumpy, but who cares.
I'm here for the food and plenty of it, so I wasn't dissatisfied it was great! -

The foods are great, not a fancy or good looking building but have a nice worker and need to make the real pho like the one in any Asian restaurant that has pho.

Yikes... my first reaction coming in, I'm thinking... hmm this place is a little rough. I walk up to the counter as a young kid comes up saying "excuse me, your bathroom is really bad. Like really really bad. Someone needs to clean it right away." At this point I'm about to hand my card to the man at the counter thinking, "oh god, is it too late to turn around and leave?" But I stay. I hesitantly use the bathroom (thank god the women's is not "really really bad") but the soap dispensers are broken. The lids are off, giving me the impression that people dip their hands into the soap. Dipping my hands into the open soap, I question how I arrived here in my life.
When I finally approach the buffet, I'm very skeptical and a little fearful. I take what seems like it could be ok and looks kind of authentic. I skip past the sushi and cold shrimp without a second thought. Everything is kind of disappointing. A few things are alright, but most of the entrees I get are below average.
This place is unbelievably busy but I don't plan on returning ever again. The interior is not well kept up, you question all the health codes, and much better Chinese can be found elsewhere (and nearby even).
